Asma Najib

Vice-Chair of United Nations Development Program

She is from Afghanistan and currently studying in Astana, Kazakhstan as a 2nd-year master student of International Relations of ENU. This is the 2nd year of her MUN career. Through her MUN experiences, she understands vision and mission of the UN and how a MUN should be organized. She desires to have well-planned and well-articulated debates among delegates in order to advance a better understanding of international issues. ENUIMUN will be an excellent platform to address delegates’ concerns about environmental, humanitarian and other social issues. It gathers students to not only go through the motions of MUN conferences but more importantly, to pay adequate attention to those issues. This will be her first experience of being a Vice-chair at an international conference and she very much looks forward to it and to meeting her distinguished delegates.
